Dear Colleagues!
We are looking forward seeing you at Display Optics'04 seminar in St.Petersburg, October 18-20.
Presentations
Official language of the seminar is English. Each oral presentation will take 20 minutes including discussion. Authors will be provided with multimedia and overhead projectors for presentations. Please make sure to contact your session chair and technical assistant before the session start.
Poster session will be held Tuesday, October 19. Please place your posters in advance, during the Lunch break.
Paper Preparation Instructions
It is planned to publish full papers of accepted abstracts in the special issue of the J. of Optical Technologies (USA) (issue #7, 2005) if their topic match the scope of Journal. If you would like your presentation to be published in the Journal please submit your paper by October 18. Papers (preferably in Russian) should be submitted electronically in the RTF* or MS Word format.
The paper should not exceed ten pages (A4 size) including up to four figures, with 2.5 cm (1 inch) left, right, top and bottom margins. Please use 14pt Times New Roman font with double line spacing and justification and include figures and tables at the appropriate places of the document. Your document must begin with the following information: Title (capital letters, 14 pt bold, centered), followed by a blank line. Author(s) - (the initials and the last name(s), centered). Author(s) affiliation(s) and address(es) and the e-mail of the main author (centered). Please e-mail your paper to Prof.M.G.Tomilin, mgtomilin@mail.ru, as attachment.
